The home is within walking or biking distance to the Nursing School, downtown Rapid City, grocery stores, and NAU, with SDSM&T just a short drive away. It’s an older home with character—high ceilings, and hardwood floors.

We are currently preparing the home for sale, so it is mostly bare-bones and unfurnished, with some light construction and minor clean-up in progress. While not polished, the home is spacious, making it easy to create your own quiet nook and still feel like you have plenty of personal space.

Living Environment:

One of the homeowners occupies a separate room. He works two jobs and is recovering from an accident, so he values a calm, quiet environment and tends to keep to himself. The household is best suited for someone who is introverted, respectful, and comfortable with a simple, transitional living space.

Because the house is older, it can be cold in winter. Many find it works well to set up their rented room as a small studio-style space (with a personal kitchenette setup) and use a space heater for added comfort.
