Hi, my name is Sarah. I am a -year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in El Granada. It’s my and my good friend in the house currently. .5 bath. Bathroom would be shared, however I work early mornings and am gone pm. We have two cats and are not looking to add any additional pets. My other roommate works and travels a lot and is only home a few days per month, usually. There is a lot of space in the house, two stories, all of the living space on one floor, and bedrooms on the other. Fully furnished, but you can add whatever you’d like. Looking for responsible, clean roommates. Non-smoking in the house. We have a garage gym, washer and dryer, all the kitchen appliances you could want.
