Hi, my name is Josthin, I'm a foreigner from Peru. yr.

I'm currently living in a -bathroom apartment, and I'd like to move to a -bathroom apartment by the beginning of January. I'm working on my life goals and want to save more money for them. The apartment includes in-unit laundry, and the monthly rent is between $, plus utilities like electricity and internet ($). The apartments are located at Arista Pl, or Arista Uptown Apartments. To move in, you only need to pay a $ deposit, sign a lease agreement, and the first month's rent is due at the end of January. My current lease ends in June, but I'm willing to extend it if we get along well.

ABOUT ME:

I'm a very patient, charismatic person who is open to new experiences. Sometimes I like to stay home watching documentaries, and other times I enjoy going hiking. I'm very neat and tidy, but obviously, your bathroom and room are your own space. I don't have any addictions, and you'll probably see me doing some kind of sport or cooking most of the time. I don't have any pets, but if you do and want to bring one, there's an additional fee in the lease agreement. I speak Spanish and English, and I'm currently studying Russian. I like to do yoga in the mornings, and in my free time, I practice DJing once a week, so I'll only be making noise one day a week.
