• Security deposit = one month’s rent
• Bathroom shared with two other people
•good sized closet

💡 Utilities & Internet:
• Split evenly four ways

🐶 Pets:
• Two dogs already live in the house
• Additional pets considered (must be dog-friendly)

🛋️ Furnishings:
• Common areas will be furnished by roommates
