The home is in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located next to major highways and roads, mins from downtown Orlando and within 5 minutes of shopping, entertainment, and gym. FREE SHUTTLE TO UCF right across the street. The monthly price includes pool access, pest control, wifi, and utilities. Asking for at least 6 months (renewable lease). Background check, and recent paystubs are required. NO pets. NO application fees.
