Looking for room + garage space

Hey! I’m a yo single guy, former music producer, and current machine learning engineer. I like to stay active almost every day either working out, training martial arts, or riding my motorcycle.

I’m planning on traveling quite a bit in the coming months, so I’m mostly looking for a house in Austin where I can have a chill home base to come back to in between trips. I don’t need a huge space — pretty much just a bedroom and some garage space to put my bike.

Vibe wise, I’m pretty laid back, but relatively conscientious. I’ll go out late maybe once a week, but I typically like to go to bed pretty early. I work from home or a coworking space, I keep my space clean, and I’m down to help out around the house.

Libertarian, friendly. I mostly try to stay away from politics and the news, so if you’re obsessed with who said what on X or with social media in general, it probably won’t work out.

I’m in Seattle until Dec , but I’d like to start moving basically right when I get back to Austin if I can find a good place, so if this sounds like a good fit, hmu and let’s start the ball rolling. I look forward to meeting you!
