Hello, my name is Kaitlyn Scorcia and I am a senior psychology student at Chico State and am going to graduate on December . I am looking for someone to take over my lease from Jan-July . I live in a Bath with two female roommates. The rent is $, WiFi is around $ and PGE is $ per month. I am also am giving away some of my furniture:

Also, a bonus of $ will be given to the first person who signs the lease takeover by Sunday, December , and there is a robot vacuum that I will leave with my previous two roommates that cleans the house.
