Hello, my name is Jason! I’m moving to Oregon and looking for the right person to take over my portion of the lease in a cozy, well-loved three-bedroom townhouse starting in mid-February. You’ll be sharing the home with my sister and will have two private rooms (a bedroom and a separate office) along with your own bathroom.

Because this is a shared home with my sister and we spend time in the common spaces, we’re hoping to find a female roommate who would feel comfortable, settled, and aligned with the overall household dynamic.

- Hundred Dollars per month base rent
- Utilities split fifty/fifty
- Lease through end of April (option to renew)
- Garage space for storage (parking on driveway for one car)

Pets:
- No cats (existing dog cannot live with cats)
- One dog under fifty lbs may be considered with approval and additional deposit
