Can just move in and be month-to-month like I am because I have been here for so long or we can talk to the landlord about going on a long-term lease. Either one works with me. The $ total is the rent plus about what the utilities and Internet come out to a month split between two people sometimes it’s a little more but it’s usually right around there.
