A room will be available for rent starting January in a spacious 5-bedroom home located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from UCR. This is a sublease through August , with the option to renew the lease afterward. The home is a mixed-gender household shared by students and professionals, and the available room is for one person only—no couples. You will be sharing a bathroom with two other housemates, and you’ll have full access to all common areas. Rent is $
