• Bathroom next to your room and shared with one other clean and tidy roommate.
• Full access to a well-equipped kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer. Cabinet and fridge space reserved for your use.
• Parking available in the driveway or in front of the house on our quiet and safe dead-end street.

• Employed full-time or Student (Day shift preferred)
• Prefers a calm, quiet and stress-free home
• Non-smoker; no pets or children
• Keeps shared and personal spaces tidy

We’re laid-back, friendly roommates who value keeping our home clean, organized, and stress-free. Recently renovated, 2-story four-bedroom house where everyone has plenty of privacy and space. I own this home and live in it, so there is no revolving door of roommates or random guests.
