I travel for work about half the month and spend hours in office when not traveling. Can be gone for the day or up to 3 weeks. Thus you will have the house to yourself for about half the month. -I enjoy an active lifestyle, like to ride my electric skateboard, golf, gymnastics, ice skating ect. - Bring home lots of free 5 star food to share. - prefer a professional roommate arrangement. Each person has their own bedroom, bathroom, and living space located on separate floors or opposite ends of the house to utilize spacious feeling. - I don't usually cook and prefer someone with a similar lifestyle or maintain a diligent attitude to keeping things sanitary.

I have two available rooms, each offering a different rent structure depending on your preferred level of responsibility. Both rooms can be provided furnished or unfurnished.

The The first room listed with the green Walls is more suited for someone who contributes more in rent in lieu of taking care of the dog. The second room is more suited to someone who will take care of the dog and additional house responsibilities in exchange
