I will have 2 bedrooms available Jan , both furnished they are shared bath. The smaller room is $ and the bigger room is $ a month both include utilities and access to kitchen and laundry, do not want to divide utilities so be conscious of usage. NO PETS NO DRUGS NO DRAMA. visitors are allowed but they can not stay to shower or do laundry or anyone else's laundry who does not live there.
