FOUND study midtown east spring +summer terms lease takeover! Female only & no pets

I'm currently private leasing a double standard room in FOUND study in midtown east.
I'm looking for a female student/intern to take over my lease for the spring + summer starting
The room is a standard double room, with one other y/o female roommate.
The room is $ a month, and comes fully furnished with a bed, desk,chair, 2 drawer dresser, microwave, and a mini fridge.
The building amenities include, a big laundry room, gym, multiple study rooms, and a rooftop area.
