I Moved Back to LA from NYC

I am looking for a place to share as I moved back to LA from NYJanuary 6. I've lived in both places for long periods of time and prefer LA! Plus my sister lives in Hollywood Hills.
I'm a sober, gay, white male, clean, responsible, creative and trustworthy. I have been ushering at Moulin Rouge the Musical on Broadway for 6 years. I also pet sit and help people organize and de-clutter (although I prefer not to do that at home unless for reduced rent). Many references.
