Apartment in the heart of Squirrel Hill! Close to all of the shops and restaurants!

Sublet February, March, April, and May…then sign new lease if you like it enough to stay!! I lived here for 3 years and honestly loved it. Moving out to move into my first home. The worst part of the apartment is the lack of counter space in the kitchen.

Tenant Responsible for $ rent + utilities (gas, water, electric) starting for the month of February. I plan to be out of the apt by mid January so whoever moves in can start sometime in mid to late January! :)
