Available short term from January for a few

months. I am a forty
year old professional looking to rent on a short term basis a fully furnished room in a small bed condo. Must be clean and love dogs I have a small fluffy one. This is a ground floor unit with access to a gym on the same floor. All utilities and wifi included. No parking and as this is the river district public transport may be limited so please do your research before contacting me. This is my home and space so looking for a clean and respectful room mate on a short term basis, good for someone who is in between places or just landed in Canada.
