Looking for responsible, chill tenants to fill private rooms in my clean, updated split-level home in Hayden. This house sits in a great, convenient neighborhood — close to grocery stores, gyms, restaurants, Hayden Lake, outdoor trails, and everything you need day-to-day. It’s a quiet area with easy access to major roads while still feeling private. The house has been recently remodeled with modern flooring, stainless appliances, spacious living areas, and a great backyard setup with a hot tub and firepit.

Home layout:
• 5 total bedrooms
• I live in the master bedroom upstairs
• Upstairs: 2 rooms available + 1 shared bathroom
• Downstairs: 2 rooms available + 1 shared bathroom

Each renter gets a private bedroom and shares a bathroom with just one other person.

You’ll also have full access to:
• A modern kitchen with stainless appliances
• Two shared living rooms with comfortable furniture and TVs
• Laundry room with washer/dryer
• Backyard with hot tub, game pits,

• Driveway with plenty of parking space + a shoulder parking space on the street

I work in Alaska on a week off rotational schedule so you will only see me half the time. I keep the house clean, relaxed, and respectful. I’m looking for tenants who are easy-going, pick up after themselves, and can live well with others. No drama.
