Hi! I’m looking for a clean, quiet room or small studio in Suffolk County. My budget is up to $/month. I’m very tidy, calm, and respectful, and I keep to myself.

My daughter stays with me on Thursdays and every other Fri–Sun, so I’m looking for a stable and family-friendly space. I don’t smoke, don’t party, and I prefer peaceful living.

I’m reliable, responsible, and always pay on time. I’m open to short-term or long-term stays and looking for something I can move into by January 1st.
