Private room in a house

Descripció

Private spacious room, with new carpet, and paint in a cozy house. The room is on the ground level and comes furnished (or unfurnished if the tenant requests). The house has security sensors for added safety.

The tenant will have their own restroom which the housemates might use occasionally. All other utilities are included in the rent.

We are looking for a quiet and respectful person.
- Tenant must be a non-smoker.
- Have a good credit score.
- No evictions and criminal history.
- Verifiable rental history.
- Verifiable source of income.
- Must be respectful.
- No visitors without the landlords approval.
- Must be ok with pets since we have a small dog.

Room is available for a single tenant. Multiple tenants for the listed room are not allowed.

The homeowner's dog is comfortable with small dogs only. So only certain dog breeds are allowed. Dog must be under pounds, house-trained and hypoallergenic.

Lease can be from months.
