I have a room available starting January 1st in downtown Oxnard, near the plaza theatre. Shared home, my girlfriend and I in one room and you would have the other room. Full access to kitchen, living room, and backyard. Single person $, two ppl it’s $utilities included security deposit $

2 mintue drive to Aldi or Vons, two blocks away from candy cane lane, min drive from the collection, min drive to the beach and minute drive to CSUCI, 7 min to Port Hueneme Base.

A little about us, my girlfriend is Behaviorist for Oxnard School District and I’m a shift supervisor at Starbucks while studying aviation/ pilot training. We have a 9 year old German Shepard, she’s very friendly! Message me for more details or if you would like to come check out the house/room!
