I am looking to rent out a room in my bath apartment. You would need to qualify to get on the lease, its up in April but I plan on staying. I have a dog. He does bark and has lots of toys lol I hope the person that moves in loves dogs. Smud and internet is included. No drinking, drugs or overnight guests. On washer and dryer. I.m Laid back play fortnite rarely have company.
