There is a unit upstairs with friendly neighbors. We are a 7 minute walk to the A line and close to coffee shop (Roots Roastings), art store and liquor store (Scott's Liquor). Garage and street parking available. The landlords are very responsive and lawn mowing/snow shoveling services are included in the rent.
