Hello! I am looking for a tenant to sublease the room I used to stay in! It's in the basement, there are no windows, and there is room to store things down in the basement as well. There is a washer and dryer in-unit as well as a shared bathroom upstairs. You will share the house with three other roommates, so please be cleanly and respectful of the space and people around you! Most of the roommates are students, except for one. Does not matter if you are a student or not. RENT IS DUE EVERY SINGLE MONTH ON THE 1ST, NO EXCEPTIONS. The room comes with a twin XL bed, a closet, as well as a desk. Rent is $ a month but add another ~$ for bills and utilities. Let me know if you are interested! It's technically available the 1st of December, but if you want to move in now, that is okay with me. Room is not decorated as of right now; these pictures were taken from when my roommate stayed in there :)
