It’s a 3-bedroom unit with an in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, one vacant room, and one roommate who is a first-year student. The building is pet-friendly (cats & dogs allowed) and has on- parking. SkyVue offers individual leases, so you’d be signing your own.
