4ish month Sublease in Ocean Beach

Two -year-old work-from-home professionals (female) looking for a temporary roommate to fill 1 bedroom in a bath house in Ocean Beach, San Diego. We are renting the room from Dec th until March 1st with possibility for extension. The room is furnished, but can be unfurnished if you'd prefer.

We are hoping for someone at a similar life stage, maybe who wants to check out San Diego for a few months before committing, or who needs a temporary spot. We're friendly, clean, and respectful! No pets, please!
