Looking for roommate in DT Portland

Hello everyone, I'm in search for a roommate to share my apartment in downtown Portland. Move in would be for December or January, depending on when my current roommate moves out. The lease is month to month.

I'm looking for a young professional, around my age () or older, who is very clean, respectful and responsible. Either a woman or a gay man that fits the vibe. No pets. No couples.

About the apartment: the apartment is in a historical building in downtown Portland. 1 bedroom is available. There is plenty of space for kitchen appliances and a pantry, but the actual kitchen is small. We'll share a bathroom and there is a small living room. Laundry is downstairs and coin operated. Everything is included (heat, water, hot water) besides electricity and wifi, which we will split. The building takes care of trash, so no need to buy the Portland trash bags! The apartment is at the end of the hall on the quiet side of the building, so there is only 1 neighbor next to us. It's a charming building that's by lots of restaurants, bars and cafes. The apartment is optional furnished; there is a point system for furniture. It includes things like microwave, space heater, lamps, and even things like bed, dresser and more.

About me: I'm and work Tuesday-Saturday in a salon environment. I am a very very clean and organized individual. I am typically at work, out with friends or in my room, but my days off I enjoy cleaning, watching TV or taking walks/looking at vintage furniture. I cannot live with any pets because I am allergic, but i do occasionally babysit my family's small, quiet, hypoallergenic dog.

I'll be having interviews and showing my apartment only to serious and potential inquiries.
