Hi I am looking for someone to take over my lease, as I am graduating in December . The apartment available from January ( earliest December ). The lease agreement is until August b apartment in Agave in the heart of downtown Tucson.Can be shared. Unfurnished, however well-equipped with fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, large central living space and a carpet. Super close to stop that takes directly to campus in mins, it’s just right outside of the building.

The building features resort-style amenities such as: gym, outdoor pool, BBQ area, games area and spacious lobby, guest center ( where you can invite your guests and privately use it ) and business center.

Utility fee depends.Our highest payment overall was $ but nothing more than that and most of the months it's $. Administration and application fees have already been paid. I can leave most of my kitchen stuff to use for the new tenant. Also I am incentivizing to leave the deposit for new tenant ( $)Please reach out to via message if you’re interested.
