We have a basement bedroom available in our 4 bedroom household! Freestanding house with front yard and fenced in back yard. We are located about minutes south of Downtown, and 5 minutes from DU campus. Walking distance to public transportation, weed friendly, not ADA accessible. The two residents in the home are both queer and trans, and are ideally looking to keep a LGBT household. Medium unfurnished bedroom available with two windows and closet. This bedroom shares a bathroom with one person. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are on the main floor of the house. Monthly rent + utilities. Available for immediate move in.
