I am looking for a decent human being who would like to join this flat as a flatmate in a double room.

The flat is spacious and airy with professional, lovely and friendly ladies in a peaceful place, a very quiet, tidy, clean and safe area. I would like the new flatmate to be professional, responsible, neat and CLEAN; Not being clean is INTOLERABLE.

This flat is in the Hendon area, NW4; which is in line with Hendon Way, 8 minutes away from Brent Cross Shopping Centre, Hendon Central Underground Station(Zone 3 Northern Line), Nuffield Gym, and also minutes by bus and minutes by walking away from Middlesex University. Bus stops are just a few minutes away by walking, so the location is great with easy access to all parts of London. Amazing transportation links! All shops, cafes, post offices and banks are nearby and tennis courts and a park are around the corner.

In terms of availability, it will be ready to move in from Now onwards; Move-in day is flexible so it could be anytime.
