Hi! We’re a couple living in a lovely ground floor Warner flat and looking to rent out our spare room to a friendly professional who needs a comfortable base during the working week.

The room gets loads of natural light, with good privacy thanks to a hedge and café curtains. It comes fully furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, hanging rail, desk and chair.

• mins to Stratford - -min walk to Lea Bridge station, 5-min train
• mins to the Victoria Line - regular buses to Blackhorse Road/Walthamstow Central

We’ve lived in the area for about a year and love it. We both work from our offices most days and are usually out and about in the evenings. We occasionally look after dogs, so it’d be great if you’re comfortable with that.
