The monthly rent is $ which includes all utilities and the room is available immediately. The household includes myself, my four friendly dogs and another roommate. This is a co-ed household. I’m happy to have you talk to my current/previous roommates! I’m very laid back and just ask you be respectful and only bring guests who will also respect the home.
