Needing a space/room with bathroom

Hardworking individual, I travel a lot for my work so I’m gone 2 weeks out of the month usually. I’m polite, friendly , hygienic and respectful. I tend to keep to myself mainly but I’ll say hi and hold a conversation lol. I don’t mind helping out around the house. I need parking I have 2 vehicles. I prefer my own bathroom since my hours for work are random and I tend to run a couple minutes late. I have a girlfriend. I don’t mind pets. I vape don’t smoke . .
