It is a 2nd floor apartment in a duplex. The landlord is great and responds in very quick time. It’s on a relatively busy street so the south side of the street is forbidden to park from am and the north side of the street is forbidden from pm. It is a 2 bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom and living space. Bills are not included in the rent but they are very reasonable. It’s already somewhat furnished as well. Also, the apartment comes with a balcony!
