Hello!
I am a yr old, semi-retired, part-time-employed SWF, I am looking to rent a 1bedroom (+ work space) / 1 bathroom, in a shared-housing unit or a separate unit around Bull Mtn., Tigard, Lake Oswego and Beaverton.

I am a responsible, considerate and tidy woman; non-smoker, non-drinker (alcohol), not into any type of party drugs.

Due to a recent injury - I currently walk with a cane, but otherwise am a positive individual w/a decent sense of humor. And I focus on being a considerate and "low-drama" female.

I am seeking a clean, UNFURNISHED, rental space. Preferably looking for a month lease. I have some flexibility on monthly rent; range is $ + shared utilities.

Hobbies: I enjoy gardening, cooking, reading books, movies and spending time with my pets. I'm into crafts; handmade items: jewelry and hand-made cards.

Points to consider:
I have 2 well-behaved cats, that will need to accompany me.
They are indoor cats, ( small female), both are neutered/spade; up-to-date on shots.
I have ESA approval letters for both of them.
They are sweet, well-behaved animals. I am willing to pay a pet deposit on each ($ amount is negotiable).

Looking for an unfurnished bedroom and small office-type space, preferably all on one level.

I am a semi-vegetarian. Eat Poultry /Seafood/etc.,dairy products, and chocolate.
I'm open to sharing meals, yet I'm fine living independently in a homeshare environment too.
And I am willing to share in all household /gardening chores!
