I'm the property manager for the house. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the home. One bedroom with suite/added bathroom are taken, and the upstairs master is taken. As of now this room is available anytime and we will be having another room available the beginning of November. The room will NOT be furnished. It will be a blank slate, and you will need to provide your own bed/TV, etc. There are AC units in each room and a ceiling fan. Pictured is a queen bed for reference.

Male only, the other roommates are male. You have your rented bedroom, shared bathroom with use of kitchen and laundry area. Looking for someone who keeps to themselves and picks up after themselves as the others do. The owner does live in the house.

NO PETS!! NO DRUGS!! NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON PREMISES!! We have 5 animals in the house and can not take anymore. The animals living here are off limits to anyone but the owners of them.

Rent is $ with utilities included. First, Last and Secuity deposit () are needed for move in. Totaling $ for move in. You will need to have a full time job and provide your work and 2 months of paystubs in order to be considered as everyone else works full-time.

It will be a 1 year lease, the owner and myself have the option to renew, or to not at the end of the leases term. A contract will need to be signed. House rules will be available in that contract specifying other things.
