Looking for room rent

Hello everyone!

I’m an income Temple student starting in January and am looking for a room to rent around Mid December if possible. My budget is $ and I’m not picky around the area as long as it’s somewhat close to temple (I will consider Center city and South Philly). I’m quiet, clean and very artsy.
