Large single bedroom for a working individual. Clean and respectful and used to living with others is preferred. Two other housemates both work and stay active. It is not a high traffic home. Street parking with all utilitiesand wifi included. Laundromat is 2 blocks away and stores and restaurantsare within walking distance. I had rented the room Oct 1st but previous roommate encountered financial hardship and broke the lease. Proof of employment/income required.
