Depending on the length of rental will kind of determine the price. 6 months or longer will be $ a month plus $ deposit refundable minus any repairs or cleaning fees. months will be $ plus deposit, Month to month is $ plus deposit. Weekly rate is $ plus deposit. I will run a background check, require proof of income and a signed rental agreement prior to renting. Once approved you will need to pay first month’s rent and deposit paid to move in. Rent will be due the first of the month. Prorated rent will be applied if moving in prior to the 1st in addition to first months and deposit.

Rent includes a furnished room, shared bathroom (own sink and cabinet under the sink), utilities including use of washer and dryer (laundry pods and other items but if you want something special that’s on you), fiber WiFi, shared use of house (refrigerator, pantry, kitchenware, blackstone (need to clean after use), BBQ, and common areas inside and out. Expectations is that you will clean up after yourself and be a good roommate. We can hangout or keep it separated. The bedroom does not have a TV so you would need to have your own but I only stream so I have no cable. No pets and no overnight visitors in excess of 4 nights a month. Additional fee will be assessed. No smoking inside the house of any kind will be permitted. No hard drugs permitted. If you have any weapons such as guns they need to be properly secured with safety locks. We can discuss shared meals if this is something you be interested in or else you are on your own. Respect others property and privacy.

A little about me…I am a professional that works during the day. I have a girlfriend (she has two small dogs) that comes over on the weekends as she lives out of town. I have a dog that I share from my divorce and have two daughters off to college. I do travel and go out of town and my home is under surveillance so no parties while I am gone.
