This is an adorable studio found downtown Eau Claire. They accept pets.
There is parking on the property. There is no in unit wash and dryer. You are responsible for you garbage as well. However, it’s an adorable place perfect for anyone wanting to live alone, and maintenance is great at getting things done immediately! It’s close to so many different food places that are within walking distance!

Unsure of how big it is, but if anyone is interested and would want to go a walk through we sure can!
