URGENT: Looking for a lease takeover or to join an apartment application in New York (move-in before November 5th)

Hey! I’m Daniel Christensen, , moving from Miami to New York City to continue my career in acting and filmmaking, close to the New York Film Academy in Wall Street.

I’m looking for a lease takeover or to join an existing apartment application with move-in before November 5th. I’d love to stay between Lower Manhattan and Midtown — areas like FiDi, Tribeca, SoHo, Chelsea, East Village, West Village, or Gramercy, but not further north than the start of Central Park.

I’m organized, chill, and respectful of shared spaces. I spend most of my days filming or editing, and outside of work I like training (I’m an MMA fighter), exploring the city, and meeting new people with good energy.
