Hey! I am leasing my spacious private bed/bath fully furnished room in San Diego near SDSU at a fully furnished apartment with in-unit laundry. There are 3 more girls who live at the apartment too. They are years old super clean, freindly and helpful (they don't party). We have a heated pool, internet service, study room, printing room and a gym at the apt too. The rent is around $ including utilities and a private parking spot ($ without parking).
