We're looking for responsible families to stay in our beloved home, available from November 2nd. It's a single family house of Bath, with in-unit laundry, ACs, basement and a lovely backyard. Fully furnished and ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. Near MSPCA and Whole Foods at JP/Boston. FLEXIBLE TERM.
On a quiet one-way street, great neighborhood;
Close to shops, public transportation, and bike paths;
Tons of natural sunlight, surrounded by trees;
Appliances are in new or like-new condition;
Thoughtfully furnished with quality furniture, including piano, standup desk, vanity desk, printer, kids furniture, queen beds, etc.
Abundant street parking spots right in front of the house. No one ever had trouble to find parking.
Great landlord I think we are kind and responsive.
Price $+/mo, depending on the length, pets, number of residents, etc. Alternatively, you could cover some utilities and take that off the rent, if staying longer than 6 months.
