Price negotiable depending on which room you want, how much furniture I’ll need to part ways with etc.
Deposit required for our landlords. They are great and fix things within a day if anything’s wrong with plumbing or AC. As you can see in my living room they’re replacing the AC unit with a brand new one


Open to all genders or gender fluid folks, sexual orientations and really anyone who isn’t a MAGA.

I have a little 1 year old cat Louie who is super friendly who has had a sister who is sadly moving out right now, with an automated litter box so no smell in the house.

House is move in ready with a spare and unused bed if you don’t have one. We just had it for guests before. If you already have furniture or a bed, happy to sell some things or just get rid of somethings! All of my furniture is open to discussion if you’d like to bring in your own stuff!

I’m renting this house and it has a lovely private patio, great kitchen and overall flow to the house.

I have lots of plants and love buying flowers weekly if that’s okay, and I’m okay with a somewhat messier roommate, I don’t mind cleaning and don’t count who cleaned what last, or who did dishes last. It’s not a contest. Very laid back on that front. We all have our own ways of living, I’m not here to tell you how to live yours!

Happy to have a roommate who wants to become friends, or simply exists separately and go about our days!

Current lease is a one year lease that started May. You’d be taking the lease from either December first, or some time in December/January and then renewal is May twenty twenty , or we’ll extend or go month to month if things go well! Or if things do mesh well, I can look for a new apartment!
Would request we get coffee or meet on a video call once or twice before we agree to anything. So you can see if I’m a good fit for you and vice versa! Also open to tours.
