I currently looking to fill TWO bedrooms in an over sqft house on a near quarter acre with a big beautiful pool in my backyard. I'm only looking for a couple of roommates for the next year! [November-November.] In a great neighborhood, peaceful & quiet with friendly neighbors. I'm looking for financially stable individuals, preferably female, as I grew up with a single mom & sisters; have had both male & female roommates in the past and female roommates workout way better for me. I also PREFER that YOUR PORTION of the rent for the year be paid in full & upfront so there's no nagging for rent money every month, but if you can’t do that, that's ok we can discuss what you can do. House has plenty of space including a loft.
