Hi, I’m Devin! I’m looking for a clean, comfortable private room with rent up to $. I keep things neat, organized, and I’m very respectful of shared spaces.

I’m social but not a big partier, and I value a peaceful, calm home. I do have custody of my two young children on weekends (both under 2 years old), but we’d be in my room and they sleep through the night—so the home wouldn’t feel like a playground. Overnight guests for me are rare.

I’m hoping to move in soon and plan to stay at least 6 months or longer if it’s a good fit. If you have a space available, I’d love to connect!
