Hi, My name is Sarah-Lee! I’m a Black queer woman in my mid-s and a working professional. I share the home with another Black woman who is also a working professional. My home is my sanctuary where the ambience is quiet, peaceful, and welcoming. I enjoy caring for my plants, working out, cooking and traveling, and only occasionally host friends. As roommates we value kindness, respect, and open-mindedness, and I am looking for another roommate whose lifestyle reflects those same values.

Month-to-month lease (flexible, min. 6 months)
First + last month’s rent required
Comes with twin bed + closet
Shared bathroom with one roommate
Internet and Utilities extra and are split 3-way

Quiet hours: Weekdays am (as we both work pm)
Laundry: once a week
Clean up after yourself in kitchen, bathroom, and common areas
Rotating cleaning schedule for dishwasher and cleaning of common spaces
Not a party house
Everyone should feel safe, affirmed, and at home
