The room is on the smaller side so you get your own office space and a private bathroom. Room and office comes unfurnished. The house is fully equipped with a kitchen, living room, dining room and in house washer and dryer. It's a small 3 bedroom house, close to downtown Santa Ana and Santa Ana college. Move in date is ASAP.
