I have a large room that I am renting. The room is twice the size of the bedroom and has two large windows facing Lenox Avenue. The apartment was gut renovated when I moved in with stainless steel appliances. There is plenty of closet space with three of them available to the renter.

The apartment is on th Street less than one block from the th Street station and several avenues from both the Lexington station and the A/B/C/D th Street stations. Plenty of places to shop and eat nearby
