Great location! Very centrally localized to numerous places in town. The space is a bathroom fully furnished area that is attached to the main home. You will have your own private parking space and private entrance. Set up like an Airbnb with linens, pillows, sheets, and a starter pack of cleaning supplies and some toiletries. $ non-refundable deposit. Included in the rent is all utilities, internet, pest control, bi-weekly cleanings, and more. There is no bathtub. The shower is a stall shower and your bed will be a king size bed.
